If full price merchandise is returned, as sold, together with the original receipt we are happy to refund or exchange within 30 days.

A gift receipt entitles the holder to an exchange or store credit within 30 days.

Reduce priced merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days.

All returns must be accompanied with original receipt or gift receipt.

For safety & hygiene reasons our refund / exchange policy does not extend to a small number of items, including earrings.

All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original payment method.
