A purposeful blend of Rosewood and Geranium aromatherapy oils combine to offer a unique aroma while working to restore the skin and body. 

Grounding Ritual: Take a generous amount of the balm and warm between the palms. Take a slow deep inhale through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth. Massage onto face, neck and chest using firm, circular motions. Allow the balm to absorb into the skin while you get comfortable. Close your eyes and bring awareness to your breathing. Relax for 10 minutes in a position you feel safe, held and supported in. This is the optimal time to perform deep belly breathing with a focus on long exhalations to soothe the nervous system. When you are ready, remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth.
