The fifth and final lamp in the five lamps collection is the one and only Five Lamps table lamp! Being a Dub and doing a collection of only five lamps that have inspired me over the last number of years I just couldn't leave out a true Dublin icon!

My Studio is in the heart of Dublin city and what better way to honor this but by creating a truly spectacular replica of the famous Dublin icon. Do you know the five lamps?!

This is by far the most difficult and intricate lamp I have ever made. It turned out better than I ever expected and produces an incredible amount of light in a small space. It really is one you need to see in person to really get a feel for it.

The five lamps table lamp is an imposing but elegant lamp with five vertical arms pointing upwards with the center arm slightly elevated. I love the tubular spiral filament LED bulbs and they provides ample light to any space. A statement piece and is sure to spark conversation.

It uses an old 2.5 kg weight plate from a barbell weightlifting set which was purchased from a local buy and sell app and has been retreated and painted mat black. This gives it the perfect grounding to accentuate the beautiful form of the copper pipe above.

The copper pipe used is salvaged from the heating and plumbing and renewable sector in Ireland and over 75% of the material used has been recycled.

The clever design incorporates a dimmer switch which unlocks the true potential of the exposed LED bulbs. They can be dimmed in unison from a low to high setting with ease which gives the lamp real functionality meaning it can be used in a multitude of settings.

This lamp is a real statement and conversation piece and will not only lighten up your space with a delicate and ambient tone but will also add a quirky and artistic note.
